Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Y01Ctl.dll 1.0.0.35
2.Extract Y01Ctl.dll 1.0.0.35 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Y01Ctl.dll 1.0.0.35 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Y01Ctl.dll 1.0.0.35.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Y01Ctl.dll 1.0.0.35 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Y01Ctl.dll 1.0.0.35 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Y01Ctl.dll 1.0.0.35 and press Enter.
