Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vei5nqzs.dll
2.Extract vei5nqzs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vei5nqzs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vei5nqzs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vei5nqzs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vei5nqzs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
