Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vdzlcnUI.dll
2.Extract vdzlcnUI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vdzlcnUI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vdzlcnUI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vdzlcnUI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vdzlcnUI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vdzlcnUI.dll and press Enter.
