Using the zip or rar file 1.Download v3neti9x.dll
2.Extract v3neti9x.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract v3neti9x.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting v3neti9x.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract v3neti9x.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place v3neti9x.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 v3neti9x.dll and press Enter.
