Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Vault7WebServices.dll
2.Extract Vault7WebServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Vault7WebServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Vault7WebServices.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Vault7WebServices.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Vault7WebServices.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Vault7WebServices.dll and press Enter.
