Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VSSGClient.dll
2.Extract VSSGClient.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VSSGClient.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VSSGClient.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VSSGClient.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VSSGClient.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VSSGClient.dll and press Enter.
