Using the zip or rar file 1.Download upgcmi2migxml.dll 6.1.7601.17514
2.Extract upgcmi2migxml.dll 6.1.7601.17514 from .zip. We recommend that you extract upgcmi2migxml.dll 6.1.7601.17514 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting upgcmi2migxml.dll 6.1.7601.17514.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place upgcmi2migxml.dll 6.1.7601.17514 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
