Using the zip or rar file
1.Download u3l20de.dll 8.0.0.0
2.Extract u3l20de.dll 8.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract u3l20de.dll 8.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting u3l20de.dll 8.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract u3l20de.dll 8.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place u3l20de.dll 8.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 u3l20de.dll 8.0.0.0 and press Enter.
