Using the zip or rar file 1.Download UserClass.dll
2.Extract UserClass.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract UserClass.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UserClass.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UserClass.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UserClass.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UserClass.dll and press Enter.
