Using the zip or rar file 1.Download UTAShell.dll
2.Extract UTAShell.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract UTAShell.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting UTAShell.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract UTAShell.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place UTAShell.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 UTAShell.dll and press Enter.
