Using the zip or rar file
1.Download U2LDTS.DLL 8.0.0.0
2.Extract U2LDTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract U2LDTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting U2LDTS.DLL 8.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract U2LDTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place U2LDTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 U2LDTS.DLL 8.0.0.0 and press Enter.
