Using the zip or rar file 1.Download U2LCOM.DLL
2.Extract U2LCOM.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract U2LCOM.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting U2LCOM.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract U2LCOM.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place U2LCOM.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 U2LCOM.DLL and press Enter.
