Using the zip or rar file 1.Download smtpsnap.dll 6.0.6015.0
2.Extract smtpsnap.dll 6.0.6015.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract smtpsnap.dll 6.0.6015.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting smtpsnap.dll 6.0.6015.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract smtpsnap.dll 6.0.6015.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place smtpsnap.dll 6.0.6015.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 smtpsnap.dll 6.0.6015.0 and press Enter.
