Using the zip or rar file 1.Download sbeng16.dll
2.Extract sbeng16.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sbeng16.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sbeng16.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sbeng16.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sbeng16.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sbeng16.dll and press Enter.
