Using the zip or rar file 1.Download SOS.dll 1.1.4322.5736
2.Extract SOS.dll 1.1.4322.5736 from .zip. We recommend that you extract SOS.dll 1.1.4322.5736 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting SOS.dll 1.1.4322.5736.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract SOS.dll 1.1.4322.5736 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place SOS.dll 1.1.4322.5736 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 SOS.dll 1.1.4322.5736 and press Enter.
