Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rpsc3260.dll
2.Extract rpsc3260.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract rpsc3260.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rpsc3260.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rpsc3260.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rpsc3260.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rpsc3260.dll and press Enter.
