Using the zip or rar file
1.Download riwv3290.dll
2.Extract riwv3290.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract riwv3290.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting riwv3290.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract riwv3290.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place riwv3290.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 riwv3290.dll and press Enter.
