Using the zip or rar file
1.Download res411.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract res411.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract res411.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting res411.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract res411.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place res411.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 res411.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
