Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QData.Net.Core.dll
2.Extract QData.Net.Core.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QData.Net.Core.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QData.Net.Core.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QData.Net.Core.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QData.Net.Core.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QData.Net.Core.dll and press Enter.
