Using the zip or rar file 1.Download osfe7not.dll
2.Extract osfe7not.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract osfe7not.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting osfe7not.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract osfe7not.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place osfe7not.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 osfe7not.dll and press Enter.
