Using the zip or rar file 1.Download oem5x00sdk.dll
2.Extract oem5x00sdk.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract oem5x00sdk.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting oem5x00sdk.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract oem5x00sdk.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place oem5x00sdk.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 oem5x00sdk.dll and press Enter.
