Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ocewpdlsv.dll
2.Extract ocewpdlsv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ocewpdlsv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ocewpdlsv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ocewpdlsv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ocewpdlsv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ocewpdlsv.dll and press Enter.
