Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OFFPRVPS.DLL 9.00.2521
2.Extract OFFPRVPS.DLL 9.00.2521 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OFFPRVPS.DLL 9.00.2521 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OFFPRVPS.DLL 9.00.2521.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OFFPRVPS.DLL 9.00.2521 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OFFPRVPS.DLL 9.00.2521 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OFFPRVPS.DLL 9.00.2521 and press Enter.
