Using the zip or rar file 1.Download nossu2dm.dll 2011.32.2.228
2.Extract nossu2dm.dll 2011.32.2.228 from .zip. We recommend that you extract nossu2dm.dll 2011.32.2.228 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nossu2dm.dll 2011.32.2.228.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nossu2dm.dll 2011.32.2.228 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nossu2dm.dll 2011.32.2.228 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nossu2dm.dll 2011.32.2.228 and press Enter.
