Using the zip or rar file 1.Download normalization.dll 2.0.50727.4918
2.Extract normalization.dll 2.0.50727.4918 from .zip. We recommend that you extract normalization.dll 2.0.50727.4918 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting normalization.dll 2.0.50727.4918.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract normalization.dll 2.0.50727.4918 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place normalization.dll 2.0.50727.4918 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 normalization.dll 2.0.50727.4918 and press Enter.
