Using the zip or rar file 1.Download NamingRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42
2.Extract NamingRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NamingRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NamingRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NamingRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NamingRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NamingRules.resources.dll 8.0.50727.42 and press Enter.
