Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NAVEX32A.DLL 2004.2.1.10r
2.Extract NAVEX32A.DLL 2004.2.1.10r from .zip. We recommend that you extract NAVEX32A.DLL 2004.2.1.10r to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NAVEX32A.DLL 2004.2.1.10r.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NAVEX32A.DLL 2004.2.1.10r to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NAVEX32A.DLL 2004.2.1.10r in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NAVEX32A.DLL 2004.2.1.10r and press Enter.
