Using the zip or rar file
1.Download libDLrad.dll
2.Extract libDLrad.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract libDLrad.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting libDLrad.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract libDLrad.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place libDLrad.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 libDLrad.dll and press Enter.
