Using the zip or rar file 1.Download KISEbsFaVchMgr.dll
2.Extract KISEbsFaVchMgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KISEbsFaVchMgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KISEbsFaVchMgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KISEbsFaVchMgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KISEbsFaVchMgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KISEbsFaVchMgr.dll and press Enter.
