Using the zip or rar file
1.Download jgsetlk.dll 0338
2.Extract jgsetlk.dll 0338 from .zip. We recommend that you extract jgsetlk.dll 0338 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting jgsetlk.dll 0338.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract jgsetlk.dll 0338 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place jgsetlk.dll 0338 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 jgsetlk.dll 0338 and press Enter.
