Using the zip or rar file 1.Download JobXML2M5Conv.dll
2.Extract JobXML2M5Conv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract JobXML2M5Conv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting JobXML2M5Conv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract JobXML2M5Conv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place JobXML2M5Conv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 JobXML2M5Conv.dll and press Enter.
