Using the zip or rar file
1.Download idr10009.dll 2.50
2.Extract idr10009.dll 2.50 from .zip. We recommend that you extract idr10009.dll 2.50 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting idr10009.dll 2.50.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract idr10009.dll 2.50 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place idr10009.dll 2.50 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 idr10009.dll 2.50 and press Enter.
