Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpzc3w71.dll 0.3.7071.0
2.Extract hpzc3w71.dll 0.3.7071.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpzc3w71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpzc3w71.dll 0.3.7071.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpzc3w71.dll 0.3.7071.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpzc3w71.dll 0.3.7071.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpzc3w71.dll 0.3.7071.0 and press Enter.
