Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hpz3r4v7.dll
2.Extract hpz3r4v7.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpz3r4v7.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpz3r4v7.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpz3r4v7.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpz3r4v7.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpz3r4v7.dll and press Enter.
