Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hpfigw71.dll 0.2.1.11
2.Extract hpfigw71.dll 0.2.1.11 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpfigw71.dll 0.2.1.11 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpfigw71.dll 0.2.1.11.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpfigw71.dll 0.2.1.11 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpfigw71.dll 0.2.1.11 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpfigw71.dll 0.2.1.11 and press Enter.
