Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hpcpe109.dll
2.Extract hpcpe109.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpcpe109.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpcpe109.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpcpe109.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpcpe109.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpcpe109.dll and press Enter.
