Using the zip or rar file 1.Download HTCPictureRes.dll
2.Extract HTCPictureRes.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract HTCPictureRes.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting HTCPictureRes.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract HTCPictureRes.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place HTCPictureRes.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 HTCPictureRes.dll and press Enter.
