Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Gaotime.DataTool.Entity.dll
2.Extract Gaotime.DataTool.Entity.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Gaotime.DataTool.Entity.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Gaotime.DataTool.Entity.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Gaotime.DataTool.Entity.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Gaotime.DataTool.Entity.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Gaotime.DataTool.Entity.dll and press Enter.
