Using the zip or rar file 1.Download GETIGSN.dll
2.Extract GETIGSN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GETIGSN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GETIGSN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GETIGSN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GETIGSN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GETIGSN.dll and press Enter.
