Using the zip or rar file 1.Download fwPrintD.dll 3.0.1232
2.Extract fwPrintD.dll 3.0.1232 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fwPrintD.dll 3.0.1232 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fwPrintD.dll 3.0.1232.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fwPrintD.dll 3.0.1232 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fwPrintD.dll 3.0.1232 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fwPrintD.dll 3.0.1232 and press Enter.
