Using the zip or rar file 1.Download fps.dll 7.0.0.87798
2.Extract fps.dll 7.0.0.87798 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fps.dll 7.0.0.87798 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fps.dll 7.0.0.87798.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fps.dll 7.0.0.87798 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fps.dll 7.0.0.87798 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fps.dll 7.0.0.87798 and press Enter.
