Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fpexpsat.dll 4.0.2.2717
2.Extract fpexpsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fpexpsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fpexpsat.dll 4.0.2.2717.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fpexpsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fpexpsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fpexpsat.dll 4.0.2.2717 and press Enter.
