Using the zip or rar file 1.Download fpcntclt.dll 4.0.2.2717
2.Extract fpcntclt.dll 4.0.2.2717 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fpcntclt.dll 4.0.2.2717 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fpcntclt.dll 4.0.2.2717.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fpcntclt.dll 4.0.2.2717 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fpcntclt.dll 4.0.2.2717 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fpcntclt.dll 4.0.2.2717 and press Enter.
