Using the zip or rar file 1.Download fp20utl.dll 2.0.2.1118
2.Extract fp20utl.dll 2.0.2.1118 from .zip. We recommend that you extract fp20utl.dll 2.0.2.1118 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fp20utl.dll 2.0.2.1118.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fp20utl.dll 2.0.2.1118 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fp20utl.dll 2.0.2.1118 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fp20utl.dll 2.0.2.1118 and press Enter.
