Using the zip or rar file 1.Download FileInfo.dll 3.0.0.278
2.Extract FileInfo.dll 3.0.0.278 from .zip. We recommend that you extract FileInfo.dll 3.0.0.278 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FileInfo.dll 3.0.0.278.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FileInfo.dll 3.0.0.278 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FileInfo.dll 3.0.0.278 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FileInfo.dll 3.0.0.278 and press Enter.
