Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epsrc196.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract epsrc196.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epsrc196.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epsrc196.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epsrc196.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epsrc196.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epsrc196.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
