Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epsrc186.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract epsrc186.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epsrc186.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epsrc186.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epsrc186.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epsrc186.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epsrc186.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
