Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epsrc101.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract epsrc101.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epsrc101.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epsrc101.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epsrc101.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epsrc101.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epsrc101.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
