Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epsrc071.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract epsrc071.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epsrc071.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epsrc071.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epsrc071.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epsrc071.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epsrc071.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
