Using the zip or rar file 1.Download epsrc023.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract epsrc023.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epsrc023.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epsrc023.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epsrc023.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epsrc023.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epsrc023.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
